It's Taco Tuesday at SVCI! Join guest Chef Michael Lackey for a delicious evening of tacos. During this hands-on class participants will learn how to make homemade tortillas, salsa, delicious carnitas, and side dishes. Taco Tuesday at Sun Valley Culinary Institute shouldn't be missed.

*Attendees must be 18 or older unless accompanied by an adult, we suggest a minimum age of 13.  Kids classes have a specified age for attendees.

  • Pickling

  • Multi-Cooker Use (Instapot/Zavor)

  • Salsas

RECIPES

  • Homemade Corn Tortillas

  • Pork Carnitas (using the multi cooker) with Roasted Tomatillo Salsa

  • Butternut Squash and Black Bean Tacos with Salsa Rioja

  • Pickled Onions

  • Lime Crema

  • Mexican Pinto Beans

  • Tex-Mex Rice

To attend a Sun Valley Culinary Institute class, you must:

  • Be in good health and not suffer from ANY COVID-19 symptoms

  • Wear a mask and follow all sanitation rules – Masks will be provided

  • Have your temperature checked upon arrival and answer a health questionnaire
