The spice aisle can be daunting and often times you don’t know what is in the jar on the shelf. In this hands-on class you will create 5 spice blends to take home with you, sample them in different recipe applications and be able to customize them to your liking.
*Attendees must be 18 or older unless accompanied by an adult, we suggest a minimum age of 13. Kids classes have a specified age for attendees.

To attend a Sun Valley Culinary Institute class, you must:
Be in good health and not suffer from ANY COVID-19 symptoms
