Alaska Halibut is some of the most prized fish in the world and SVCI is lucky to have one of the best seafood chefs in the nation. As many of us are trying to incorporate more seafood into our home recipe repertoire, Chef Naomi will share some of her favorite recipes with you.

*Attendees must be 18 or older unless accompanied by an adult, we suggest a minimum age of 13.  Kids classes have a specified age for attendees.
