Indulge in an unforgettable evening of Spanish flavors with renowned Chef Goose Sorensen! Chef Goose, the former owner of Solera, a beloved Denver restaurant known for its exquisite Spanish cuisine, is celebrated for his role in transforming the city’s culinary scene. Now a Chef Instructor at SVCI, he brings his passion and expertise to this special dining experience.

The night will begin with an array of mouthwatering pintxos, followed by a flavorful seafood paella, and will conclude with a decadent dessert.

Menu:

Pintxos

  • Palacios chorizo and scallop skewers

  • Pan con tomate with Jamón Serrano

  • Albóndigas (Lamb meatballs) with Romesco sauce

  • Arugula salad with fried chickpeas, pickled beets, and local goat cheese

  • Arroz con Leche: Creamy rice pudding with caramel almond brittle
