This class includes a few of Cynthia Nims’ favorite recipes that reflect home cooking done in a French style. Two of the recipes show the French finesse with salads, to be accompanied by a quick puff pastry treat, and with a simple, delicious fruit clafoutis for dessert. Cynthia has been enamored with French cuisine for quite some time. In high school, she cooked a from-scratch French dinner for her French class and later attended La Varenne culinary school in France. She’ll have plenty of stories to share about her adventures with French food.
