Jamie Antolini may be new to Ketchum, but he is certainly not new to the world of food and entertaining. From Manhattan, to Palm Beach, Aspen and now Sun Valley; Jamie is a consummate host and chef. He will share with us delicious, easy to execute seafood recipes, perfect for entertaining family and friends this summer.

*Attendees must be 18 or older unless accompanied by an adult, we suggest a minimum age of 13.  Kids classes have a specified age for attendees.

To attend a Sun Valley Culinary Institute class, you must:

  • Be in good health and not suffer from ANY COVID-19 symptoms
