Sangeeta Mistry was born and raised in Mumbai, India and has lived in the Boise area since 2002. Besides having a day job, Sangeeta is a freelance cooking instructor and teaches Indian inspired vegetarian cooking at a local Boise coop store.

Join Sangeeta as she takes us on a Trip to Punjab and discover the delicious world of Indian Cuinsine 

*Attendees must be 18 or older unless accompanied by an adult, we suggest a minimum age of 13.  Kids classes have a specified age for attendees.

  • Rajma (Indian Spiced Kidney Beans)

  • Laccha Parantha (Layered Indian Flat Bread)

  • Palak Paneer (Spinach Cooked with Indian Cheese)

  • Cardamom-Saffron Lassi

To attend a Sun Valley Culinary Institute class, you must:
