Our talented students are wrapping up their first block of instruction with a delectable 3 Course Prix Fixe Takeout Lunch. Witness the culmination of their first term's learning and savor a memorable meal.

🥣 Choice of Soup or Salad:

1. Roasted Butternut Squash Soup with Fresh Herbs and Crème Fraîche

2. Petite Salad – Chopped Kale and Spring Mix Greens with Honey Vinaigrette

🥗 Choice of Salad or Sandwich:

- Chef Salad: Chopped Kale and Spring Mix Salad with Grilled Pear, Gorgonzola, Candied Pumpkin Seeds, and Honey Vinaigrette. Add Grilled Chicken for extra delight.

- Sandwiches served with fresh-made kettle chips. Options:

1. Shiitake Báhn Mi

2. Blackened Rock Bass with Lime Cilantro Aioli and Tropical Pineapple, Mango Slaw

3. SVCI Ketchum N’ Burn Em’ Burger – Local 1/3 lb Burger Patty with Cheddar, Brisket, Bacon, BBQ Sauce, Pickled Red Onion, Baby Arugula, and topped with a Crispy Onion Ring
