Included in the evening:
1. Sparkling Riesling from Idaho’s Holesinsky Winery and Vineyard as a welcome beverage.
2. Written recipe for baked sauerkraut, mixed grill and potato purée will be given to each attendee.
3. Choice of red or white Holesinsky Winery and Vineyard or beer with dinner.
4. This is a demo and dinner. Paired with kraut friendly beverages.
