Knife Skills are essential to making exquisite dishes. Chefs spend years perfecting their skills and increasing their speed, but they like you had to start somewhere. Let Chef Joe show you the ins and out of handling your knife. He will cover knife safety, sharpening, honing and all the different types of knives. Then you will start to cut. After you have made piles of cut vegetables and herbs, Chef Joe will guide you through turning those knife cuts into a Chicken Noodle Soup.
