Isn't it about time you zeroed in on the most important skill in cooking?  You've been cooking your whole life, but you still can't cut anything like those chefs on the food shows.  Though we can't promise you will be able to cut at that level after taking this course, we can guarantee you that you will look at your knives in a whole new light. Knife Skills are essential to making exquisite dishes. Chefs spend years perfecting their skills and increasing their speed, but they like you had to start somewhere.  Let Chef Joe show you the ins and out of handling your knife.  He will cover knife safety, sharpening, honing and all the different types of knives.  Then you will start to cut. After you have made piles of cut vegetables and herbs, Chef Joe will guide you through turning those knife cuts into a Chicken Noodle Soup.
