Event Description: We love artichokes here in the Wood River Valley. They are found on the menus of some of our favorite restaurants. Join us for a class all about our favorite thistle. Chef Geoff Felsenthal will demystify this valley favorite and provide some delicious recipes for cooking them at home.

  • Cleaning Artichokes

  • Roasting

  • Steaming

  • Sautéing

Recipes:

  • Roasted Artichoke, Tomato and Ricotta Salad

  • Roasted Cauliflower, Artichoke and Arugula Salad

  • Salmon. Artichokes, Lemon, Couscous

  • Meatball and Artichoke Subs

Great for all ages! Kids 13 and under should be accompanied by an adult.
