Perfect Piedmont (Hands-on)

Piedmont is the high alpine region bordering France and Switzerland.  The fog laden region is at the foot of the alps and surrounded by its majesty.  It is a region that was long part of the Savoie and by extension its cuisine bears more of a resemblance to French cuisine. The region is blessed with some of the best wines of Italy as well as the noble and much venerated white truffle of Alba. Many other products from Hazelnuts to its rich cheeses define its dishes.

  • How to quick braise a meat dish through a pressure cooker

  • How to make polenta

  • Baking an egg white and nuts cake
