Pan Frito con Acite de Oliva (White Country Bread pan seared with Olive Oil.

Jamon , Manchego Cheese & Fig Compote.

Marcona lightly salted Almonds

Piquillo Peppers with Thyme, Honey, Goat Cheese.

Round Two  

Croquetas con Jamón

Papas Bravas con  & Tomates Fundidos      

Tradicional Empanadillas de Atum

Alcachofas al Ajillo: Artichoke hearts with white wine, fresh parsley, olive oil, lemon juice

Berenjenas con Miel: Sliced eggplants pan fried a touch of chili flakes, lemon juice and server with a drop of honey

Pinchos de Pollo con roasted garlic pimiento amarillo alioli
