Experience the culinary talents of the Class of 2024 as they open their own restaurant for the evening at the Sun Valley Culinary Institute. Enjoy a meticulously crafted 5-course Spanish menu, created from scratch by the students themselves.

Copa de Sopa De Gazpacho: Cold Cucumber and Pepper Soup

Aperitivo (Appetizer)

Pulpo a la Plancha: Grilled Octopus

or

Tortilla Española: Potato and Onion Omelette

Ensaladas (Salads)

Pipirrana Salad: Tomatoes, Onions, Garlic, Bell Peppers, Sherry Vinaigrette
