Experience the next generation of culinary talent at the Sun Valley Culinary Institute’s Student Dining Series where the Class of 2025 presents a thoughtfully crafted three-course dinner for just $50. This season’s theme, Mediterranean with an Idaho Influence, highlights fresh, regional ingredients through a globally inspired lens. Lemon Olive Oil Cake with Huckleberry Sorbet
