Join the class of 2023 as the open their very own restaurant at the Sun Valley Culinary Institute. This evening the students will be running the show and have created a 3-Course Asian menu from scratch for you to enjoy.

First Course

Fuji Apple Salad with Smoked Pork Belly, Kimchi, Arugula and Maple Labne

or

Pork Dumplings with an Asian Dipping Sauce

 

Second Course

Red Curry Chicken or Tofu with Red Bell Peppers, Bamboo Shoots, Carrots and Jasmine Rice

or

Bibimbap with Gochujang, Marinated Flank Steak, Kimchi Cucumbers, Shiitakes, Pickled Carrots, a Sunny Side Egg and Garnished with Toasted Sesame Seeds and Cilantro

 

Dessert

Coconut Sticky Rice with Mango Sorbet

 Reese’s Peanut Butter Puff Panna Cotta with Hazelnut Praline Dark Chocolate Bark and Meringue Fluff
