Tantalizing Appetizers & Wine Pairings for the Holiday Season – Part 1

Everyone is always looking for new appetizers to add to their repertoire. Join Culinary Director Geoff Felsenthal for an evening of delicious appetizers guaranteed to please the crowds this holiday season and beyond. Geoff will share some traditional and unique appetizers and give tips for making holiday entertaining easy and delicious.

Rian Salvatierra will share tips on selecting wines everyone will enjoy!

*The wine tasting is an additional $25.00 and will be collected that evening if you choose to take part. *

Recipes Taught:

  • Sweet & Spicy Nut Mix

  • Smoked Salmon, Potato Latkes, Chives, & Salmon Roe

  • Roasted Sweet Potato Bites, Feta, Pistachio & Honey

  • Burrata, Meatballs, Spiced Marinara & Focaccia

  • Lemongrass Shrimp Satay

Techniques Taught:

  • Frying

  • Roasting

  • Sauteing

  • Grilling

  • Wine Pairing
