Everyone is always looking for new appetizers to add to their repertoire. Join Culinary Director Geoff Felsenthal for an evening of delicious appetizers guaranteed to please the crowds this holiday season and beyond. Geoff will share some traditional and unique appetizers and give tips for making holiday entertaining easy and delicious.

Rian Salvatierra will share tips on selecting wines everyone will enjoy!

  • Seared Scallops, Crisp Potato, Truffle

  • Savory Hand Pies

  • Yogurt Marinated Salmon Kabob Bites, Green Tahini, Pomegranate Molasses

  • Crispy Chicken Pot Stickers, Soy, Ginger, Sesame

  • Marinated Olives, Citrus, Whipped Sheep’s Milk Feta
