Who doesn't love lasanga? It's a meal shared across the table with family and friends, tailgates, potlucks, or a great late night snack if there are any leftovers in the fridge. 

In this class join Chef Melissa Mauselle in the kitchen and learn how to make lasagna noodles, tomato sauce, bechamel and how to construct a beautiful lasagna to take home. Also you will learn how to make a delicous caesar salad. Don't worry we will have plenty of lasagna and salad for you to enjoy after class! 

Cooking has always been a passion for Melissa. She loves how it can bring people together across all differences, including language. She has experience in a variety of cuisines, working across the country. Her main culinary education came early on from working for established chefs in Portland, OR. She has always focussed on healthy, farm to table cuisine, using the ingredients that are available locally.
