In this class join Chef Melissa Mauselle for a demonstration and discussion on creating new holiday side dishes you are your family will love. Rian Salvatierra will also be on-hand to present festive wine pairings for your holiday meals.

Cooking has always been a passion for Melissa. She loves how it can bring people together across all differences, including language. She has experience in a variety of cuisines, working across the country. Her main culinary education came early on from working for established chefs in Portland, OR. She has always focussed on healthy, farm to table cuisine, using the ingredients that are available locally.
