Colombian cuisine is a favorite of Chef Mauselle. In this class you will learn how to make Colombian (maiz) Empanadas, Taco Shells from Plantains and traditional sauce called Hogao.
Cooking has always been a passion for Melissa. She loves how it can bring people together across all differences, including language. She has experience in a variety of cuisines, working across the country. Her main culinary education came early on from working for established chefs in Portland, OR. She has always focussed on healthy, farm to table cuisine, using the ingredients that are available locally.
