Everyone loves chicken and in many cases it is our go to protein when cooking at home. In this class Chef Mauselle will teach us how to make perfectly roasted chicken, chicken salad crostini and a grilled chicken salad all sure to please your family and friends. She will also provide tips and tricks to preventing your chicken from drying out.

Cooking has always been a passion for Melissa. She loves how it can bring people together across all differences, including language. She has experience in a variety of cuisines, working across the country. Her main culinary education came early on from working for established chefs in Portland, OR. She has always focussed on healthy, farm to table cuisine, using the ingredients that are available locally.
