Black Cod, Sablefish, Butter Fish...they are all the same species and absolulety delicious. Prized by chefs around the world, Alaska Black Cod is versatile, and full of heart-healthy Omega-3 fatty acids. As many of us are trying to incorporate more seafood into our home recipe repertoire, Chef Naomi will share some of her favorite recipes with you.

*Attendees must be 18 or older unless accompanied by an adult, we suggest a minimum age of 13.  Kids classes have a specified age for attendees.
