Celebrity Chef Tanya Holland to Headline Chef Tour Dinner at SVCI
The Chef Tour Series is headed to the Sun Valley Culinary Institute to serve up a night of fine dining on Sunday, September 4. Chef Tanya Holland will join host Chef Geoff Felsenthal and Chef Joseph Tocci to showcase their culinary talents at the event.
Acclaimed for her inventive take on modern soul food Tanya was the Executive Chef/Owner of the internationally renowned and beloved Brown Sugar Kitchen restaurant, in Oakland, CA.
Holland competed on the 15th season of Top Chef on Bravo, was the host and soul food expert on Food Network’s Melting Pot, she appears on the HBO Max show Selena + Chef featuring Selena Gomez, and is the host of “Tanya’s Kitchen Table” on OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network.
She is a member of the Board of Trustees, a frequent contributing writer and chef at the James Beard Foundation, and has received multiple Michelin Bib Gourmand awards.
Chef Tanya Holland, still riding high from the successful return of the James Bears Awards in Chicago in June, Chef Tanya was the Chair of the James Beard Awards Committee.
