Sushi at home
Sushi making is a great skill to have in your back pocket and surprisingly easy once you have been demonstrated the techniques. In this class we will be exploring the basics of sushi making from choosing authentic ingredients to proper cooking and assembling methods. We will be making classic rolls, miso soup and sesame salad so you can have sushi anytime you want at home. This class is Hands-On!
