Join Chef Melissa Mauselle for an evening of wonderful vegetarian cooking. In this class Chef Mauselle prepare a bounty of delicious, vegetarian dishes including Zucchini Fritters with Dill Cream Sauce, Cauliflower Steaks with Avocado Chimichurri, Sauteed Green Beans and Mushrooms, and Herbed Rice. For dessert Key Lime Curd with fresh whipped cream blueberries servied in a tuille cookie 

Cooking has always been a passion for Melissa. She loves how it can bring people together across all differences, including language. She has experience in a variety of cuisines, working across the country. Her main culinary education came early on from working for established chefs in Portland, OR. She has always focussed on healthy, farm to table cuisine, using the ingredients that are available locally.
