Chef Naomi will delve into the delicious world of classic mother sauces and more.  Each of these tempting sauces will be paired with a variety of gourmet bites.  These fundamental sauces will transform your home repertoire. 

*Attendees must be 18 or older unless accompanied by an adult, we suggest a minimum age of 13.  Kids classes have a specified age for attendees.

To attend a Sun Valley Culinary Institute class, you must:
