Chef’s Table - A 4 Course Meal Presented by the Chefs of SVCI

 This is the opportunity for you to come and sample dishes prepared by our chefs who are looking to impress you with their culinary skills.  The chefs are hoping to start a bit of a dining trend here at Sun Valley Culinary.  This will be a sit-down gourmet 4 course dinner with an introduction to each course. Suggested wine pairings as well as the selection of all our other beverages will be available.

Corn and Crab Fritters with chipotle Lime Beurre Fondu

Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Wild Mushroom Salsa

Curried Cauliflower Paillard with a Tahini Vinaigrette

Huckleberry and Raspberry Crisp with Warfield Bourbon Creme Chantilly
