The Sun Valley Culinary Institute is proud to present Bistro 211 pop-up brunch buffet. Join the class of 2024 under the direction of lead instructor Chef Joseph C Tocci for a classic brunch . The students will have a chance to showcase their skills and knowledge of the kitchen to create a wonderful brunch experience.
