Classes for Enthusiasts
The learning never stops in the kitchen. SVC will offer a variety of courses to fulfill your culinary curiosities. SVC professional staff, together with locally and nationally recognized chefs, will teach innovative and hands on cooking classes for locals and visitors. These courses will range from single evening to multi-day immersions covering a wide variety of culinary themes. Offerings will also be integrated with existing local events that draw tens of thousands of participants from around the world.
Training Tomorrow’s Culinary Leaders
The first Sun Valley Culinary student cohort will start their one-year program October 2019. Students pursuing food industry careers will be offered four months of intense classroom training followed by eight months of paid practical experience in local restaurants. At the end of this accelerated one-year certificate program, SVC will assist students to secure long-term employment. SVC will also offer career development for existing culinary and hospitality professionals who are looking to expand their skills and opportunities.
